After careful consideration, we have made the decision to discontinue the program.
• The loyalty rewards program will officially end on 24th March 2024.
• You can continue to redeem your points as usual up until this end date.

How does the rewards system work?
- Request a Freshplus Rewards card during check-out, which you need to Register Online
- For every dollar you spend, you earn 1 point.
- These points can be redeemed at our stores for a discount or an item from the homewares section (conditions apply)
- Points do not apply to tobacco & EPAY items.
- You can redeem a maximum of $5 on your shopping on each transaction.
- To be eligible for a discount, you must spend minimum of $50 at the time of checkout
- Homewares items can be claimed if you have enough points
- When your points balance is insufficient to redeem a homewares item, you're welcome to pay the difference if you wish.
